UMA GTV BIB SHORTS S11 BLACK

GTV is synonymous with luxury comfort in the saddle, and the latest generation does nothing but improve on that reputation. Comfort increased from the shoulders – where new, lighter bib strap construction increases breathability – to the leg openings – where the traditional silicone grip is replaced with a direct infusion into the textile itself. Our proven OSSIDIA textile wraps your large muscles in silky-smooth compression while a pressure-eliminating panel of Sens AIR creates a supportive, accommodating wrap across the lower stomach. The innovative bisiClick bib strap closure system allows for quick natural breaks, and targeted support for the ischial bones increases comfort for long days in the saddle – exactly when multiple stops are required.

The finer details

FEATURED FABRICS The primary textile, OSSIDIA, strikes the ideal balance between frictionless comfort and muscle-supporting compression. Its warp-knit construction incorporates ultrathin elastic yarns for gentle, fatigue-reducing compression and body-mapping elasticity that wraps your large muscle groups in silky-smooth comfort. An insert of Sens AIR across the lower stomach eliminates pressure in aggressive riding positions.

CONSTRUCTION/FITThe epitome of our regularFit, engineered for total comfort on the longest rides.

ENGINEERING

rollBar:
A patented bracing design adapted from the Racing Series. Stabilizes the insert and locks it in place as your weight transfers while sprinting, climbing, and cornering.

ENGINEERING

INject leggripper:
Silicone grip infused through the back of the raw-cut leg opening, reducing friction and protecting the grip from sun or sweat damage while maintaining secure hold.

ENGINEERING

bisiClick:
Twin magnetic closures anchor the bib straps. Intuitive to connect and release, but secure enough to prevent unintentional unclasping.

ENGINEERING

zeroPressure Waist:
A soft, highly elastic waist construction that improves comfort and hold at the waist, minus any pressure or pinching.

Ultra Distance S11 Insert
Shock-Absorb Damping System Twin:
A two-layer racing platform of 9mm foam supplemented with 4mm ultraDistance inserts under the sit bones. Thermoformed shaping eliminates ridges and irritation.

Ultra Distance S11 Insert
goldenGate 2.0:
The insert is attached at front and rear, letting it float to move with your body rather than against it. New cut-outs on the sides reduce volume and friction throughout the pedal stroke.

Ultra Distance S11 Insert
kraterCooler:
Perforations in the inserts’ leading edge draw intercooling air to maintain breathability and a dry, cool microclimate.

Ultra Distance S11 Insert
whirlKrater:
Perforations strategically distributed throughout the insert, creating a whirlwind of cooling airflow instead of just a unidirectional breeze.
